Hi, Matt with etrailer, and today we're gonna be talking about the Leer's Tonneau Cover on the back of a 2022 Ram 1500. So what really sets this tonneau cover apart from the competition is how it works with the ladder rack. It actually has T channels built in on the side, so you can put your ladder rack right on top of it and you don't have to figure out to work around and get them to work together. And having this tonneau cover that's really easy to use, it's definitely a plus with this, all you have to do is open up your tailgate and flip a lever at the bottom and then push this tonneau cover, and it'll close in on itself. And since this is a canister design, it's not gonna take up a lot of room and you don't have to fold up anything that's gonna block your back window. Now it is gonna take up some space. more

So this is gonna be a great option for you if you want to do multiple things, like if you want to take this out for work and you need to put any ladders up here or lumber and you also want to use the bottom of your vehicle for storage for any items like tools or cement. Now if you wanna use this for recreational uses, that's great too. If you wanna put a rooftop tent on the top, and on the bottom underneath the tonneau cover you wanna put your supplies. Hey guys, Kevin here with etrailer and today I'm gonna be showing you how to install the Extang Trifecta 2.0 here on our 2016 RAM 1500 with RAM boxes. Our Trifecta 2.0 is going to have a nice soft vinyl top on it. It's gonna give you a nice clean look and is really easy to clean and maintain. If you looked at on the inside the latching mechanisms are super easy. There's gonna be two handles just like this in the front and then two handles in the back. The ones in the back are gonna be screw on whereas this one you easily just pop it down, pop it outta place, and then you can easily slap it back up into the railing here and just tuck it outta the way so that it's not hanging down and causing any issues if you have anything loaded up in here. more

Some people really like this design because it folds up easily and is a lot smaller compared to a hard tonneau cover, which may have a large canister in the back or can cover your rear window when folded up. With this you have a minimal amount of space taking up your truck bed and you get to fill this up with all kinds of other things. You can latch the tonneau cover itself with the tailgate down, or with the tailgate up which adds a little bit of options for when or how you're using it. more
